Originally from South Carolina, Victoria Bowlin is a powerful singer, songwriter, author and faith-inspired speaker who gives encouragement and hope through music and personal testimonies. Victoria’s background includes extensive singing and traveling full-time with her family, The Shireys, with whom she began singing at the age of eleven.

In 2015, God called Victoria, along with her husband Aaron, into full-time evangelistic ministry. Victoria went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology from New Vision Bible College & Seminary. Then in 2021, God opened the door for Victoria to become part of the award-winning trio, 11th Hour.

When Victoria is not on the road as part of 11th Hour, she is a professional background vocalist and demo artist, graphic designer, and performs at select solo event throughout the year. She is also honored to serve alongside her husband, Aaron, as the youth pastors at their home church just outside of Nashville.
